You can have an eCommerce website like this, powered by WordPress. WordPress was around many years before shopify. You can spend 20 bucks and have a shopify affiliate build you a website with ’20 of the top selling products’. I did that just to try it out. What a huge waste of money. Once you see the site they build for you, and yes, it looks nice, but if you’re new to online stores, it is very nice to see your own store. But it is nothing like WordPress. Also, I may charge $99.95 for a functional drop ship store, ready to take orders, but I am straight forward. I will tell you all the costs upfront. With shopify affiliates, the more they stick you with, the more money they make off of you. They don’t mention that it can cost you as much as 200 dollars just for one app to list on ebay. All you do when you receive a customer order and you are paid, is add the product to your cart in your wholesale account, copy and paste the customer’s address, pay, and valla’ it is shipped to your customer with your name on the box! No one knows we even exist. There is no invoice in the box. If you just want to have a store like the one you are looking at right now, then just start with the store. You can add other services later. But, you will not make any sales until you market the store. Shopify affiliates give you a bunch of hype about SEO, blah blah blah. They say they will do this MAGIC thing called SEO, and you will get found in google search in front of all the other millions of people trying to rank for the same keyword search. They are being false with you. It will not happen with 20 products.
It’s all about volume. This store has 500 products. 100 of them are popular, tried and true die cast cars, that have a proven track record of sales. The more products you have, the more likely you are to be found. And BTW, once you are comfortable with your store, I can add up to 10,000 of my products to your store. But I do not make false promises. You will have a better chance than shopify to be found, however. The key is content. Look around this site and you will see in-depth articles about your products. Content is what gets you found. That’s the beauty of the sites I build. Content is what gets you found on goolgle.

- eBay Product Setup fee: eBay allows the first 250 Buy it now listings for free. For each additional listing, they charge.35 cents. To list all 500 of your products, it would be an additional $80.00. I highly recommend that you have an eBay store. It is $27.95 a month and allows 1,000 listings for free.
- eBay Store Setup fee: I will set up your eBay Store and optimize it with proper search engine optimization. This is something that Shopify does not offer. Apparently, with all the millions they pay their developers, they do not understand how important this is.
- eBay sponsored listings setup: eBay offers ‘promoted listings’. For an additional fee, you can have your listings pushed to the top of the eBay search results for your items. It costs you an additional % in addition to the 12% eBay charges when an item is sold. If you like, I can set the sponsored listings up for you. See services above.
- eBay policies: If you are a new seller, please be aware that you will only be allowed to list 10 items. Once you sell those 10 items, they will double your selling limits. There is no straight answer I can give you. In the end, eBay will decide what increase in selling limits they will give you. When I began with eBay, it took 6 months for me to be allowed to list 500 products.
- Amazon: You may wonder why I do not offer amazon services. The simple answer is that amazon used to be a great option to sell online products. However over the years they have becaome ridiculous and made it difficult for a small guy to get started. The problem is a ‘defect rate’. This will include any returns or unfavorable feedback from a buyer. If you sell 10 products and only one of them have negative feedback, that will make your defect rate 10%. They only allow 2%. Thus they will immediately suspend your account and you will be banned for life! If you are fortunate enough to sell 100 products before you have negative feedback, then you have a chance to make it. But 2 negative feedbacks out of 100 is 2%. That is the maximum allowed. So if you have 3 in 100, you are at 3% and they will suspend your account. It is ridiculous. However, after my honesty and opinion, if you are really set on being on amazon, I can provide a service. Contact me for cost and details.
- Microsoft Shopping Ads: This will show your products at the top of Bing, Yahoo and on their Network sites. There is no cost to have the listings on free shopping ads, but they are limited in showing. But in the service listed above, I can create the neccesary feed and list the products. I will set up your paid account as well. You will need to purchase the monthly maintenance service for me to manage your paid shopping ads.
- Microsoft Shopping Ads: This service is for me to manage your paid Shopping ads.
- Google Shopping ads (free and paid): The set up fee is for both. You will need to purchase my Google monthly maintenance fee if you want me to manage your free and paid ad campaigns. Believe me, for the cost, it will save you a lot of headaches.
- Google Shopping ads monthly: This is for me to manage your Google ad campaigns.
- Facebook Page setup: I will setup your Facebook business page. It includes all your business information and a link to your website in the page info, and also a ‘shop’ button on top that will take viewers to your website.
- TikTok page setup: I will setup your TikTok Page.
- Instagram page setup: I will create your Instagram business page with link to your site.
- X formerly known as Twitter: I will set up your Twitter business page with link to your store.
